NEXTDC M3 is a hyperscale technology campus on a site of 100,000m2 with four levels, 6 data halls, and back-of-house and loading docks.
SCOPE OF WORK
TTW provided peer review services including the design and certification of
- The main data centre including entrance areas,
- Precast facades
- Curtain wall,
- Louvre systems and penetrations; achieving a significant improvement in cost and buildability to enable the completion of the project.
- The brick buildings including a café and pumproom area
