This state-of-the-art educational facility has been awarded a 6-Star Green Star design rating. 
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Western Sydney University’s newest City Campus has been developed in partnership with Walker Corporation.
The vertical, technology-driven building has been awarded a 6-Star Green Star design rating. It represents ‘Global Leadership’ in environmentally sustainable building practices with the capture and re-use of rainwater, as well as innovative thermal and lighting systems and solar roof panels.
SCOPE OF WORK
Our expertise on this project included the design and construction methodology of a 16-metre-long cantilever. We were asked to complete the project on the basis of substantial cost savings identified for the client.
The 18-storey City Campus includes 14 floors of university teaching, learning and student services and has capacity for up to 10,000 students and 1,000 staff.
